How can I order for digitizing?
You can Register yourself with Pinshots and fill out the order form by giving us required information like size, color, fabric you will use and format for your embroidery machine.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards and debit cards.
How can I make changes before payment?
You can comment on the order when your order is ready for the changes you need. If you have paid for the design, you can place an edit request for your additional changes.
How much do you charge for design?
We charge $8 only for a design equals to or under 5000 stitches. Additional amount of stitches will be charged at $1.5/1000 stitches. For left chest simple design, normally the price will be in a range of $8-$15 . Prices might look high but it is worth the quality we provide. You can place an estimate request to get pricing. Do you provide flat rate pricing?
If you are a vendor and have digitizing orders above 50 per day, Contact us and we will offer best digitizing prices.
How soon will my digitizing order be completed?
It usually takes 3-12 hours to get your image digitized, whether you give us multiple orders or one single order. Our quality digitizing teams are always working 24/5 to provide you high quality results in less time.
Do I have to pay before digitizing?
You do not have to pay until your order is ready, After submitting your order, you have to wait till its ready. It may be ready on a same day or a next day,you can then login and check and pay for your order. Everything will be available under your account.
Do you provide estimates?

Do I need to submit a professional artwork?
No, all we need is a relatively clear image with the colour separations. However, the better the artwork, the better the final product.
Can you cope with a rough artwork or a garment to copy?
Yes you can provide us a sketch and any image, we will convert it into a professional digitized file with some help of our professional designers.
How do I upload my artwork?
You need to login and place an order or estimate from your account only.
How do I know if my artwork is ok?
Once you have submitted the artwork, it will be checked thoroughly and processed by our audit team. After then, you will receive a confirmation of your artwork if we need anything from you.
What is the required information that is necessary to submit along with the artwork?
All the required information is collected through the order placement form, you don’t need to worry about that.
What is your turnaround time? When will i get my file ready?

How is pricing determined for products/services?
We accept the following file formats: .eps or .ai (preferred), .jpg, .png, .tif, .gif, .bmp, .pcx, .png, .pdf, .cdr, .psd.
Do You accept vector format artwork?
Yes, we accept vector format artwork such as .cdr, .ai, .eps, .wmf, etc. If you send us in CorelDraw (.cdr) or Adobe Illustrator (.ai), make sure to convert the artwork from text to curves. Otherwise, we may not be able to read the exact font that you have sent.
Can you convert the image into dst?
We offer all the major embroidery formats that include .emb, .dst, .exp, .cnd, .dsb, .dsz, .ksm, .t01, .t03, .t04, .t05, t09, .xxx, .sew, .jef, .hos, .pes, .pec, .pcs, .pcd, .pcq, .csd, etc.
Do you provide files for Babylock machines?
Yes, we provide .PES and .PEC format for your babylock machines.
How do you ensure quality?
Our digitized files are designed by professional digitizers that are made to meet your expectations. We ensure that every digitizer must have an experience with the embroidery machine so he knows what density and underlays must be used to get high quality results.
How do I know my digitized file is ready?
Once your design is digitized, you will receive an email notification to login and pay for the design. After successful payment, the design will automatically be available for download.
The file I downloaded is a zip, what should I do?
Please download WinZip and install it. Once it has been installed, it will automatically pop up whenever you double-click on a zipped file.
Can I use the digitized file on any fabric?
We specifically digitize a design with the fabric in mind. The fabric will dictate the type of underlay, push-and-pull compensation and density that the digitizer must address in creating the design. If you want the design on multiple fabrics, certain edits are needed depending on the fabric type.
Can I buy a design that someone else has ordered before?
No, we can’t sell you the design that is ordered by someone else.
Do you keep backups of clients’ files?
Yes, backups are available in the clients’ account panel for 90 days.
